Rpaige SpeakEasy with Special Edition “Broadway” dial.

Spotted this some time ago and as a big fan Art Deco & Art Nouveau, just had to do it. Been at it for a while, as I wanted to draw the face to get the detail in the dim.

The Speakeasy case is evocative of the Roaring 20’s in the USA. Art Deco was the design of the era, and is reflected in architecture (Empire State Building, Chrysler Building), art (Picasso), and fashion. Limited edition Speakeasy with only 50 pieces using a modern movement.

The “Broadway” dial is engraved in metal, and hand finished with midnight blue Art Deco numbers. The hands are there own designed “Chrysler Building” style hands in silver, and black and luminous paint.

The only thing I have altered is to add a date window for my own use, which can be toggled. By default the date window is Off.

Very much drawn entirely from scratch in GIMP and assembled and coded in WatchMaker.
